GIBEON
 
Many kg. of this beautiful meteorite were found in 1836 in Great Nama Land, Namibia.   It was discovered by natives prior to this date as weapons fashioned from this meteorite have been found.  It is classified as an Iron Fine Octrahedrite (IVA).

This high quality specimen weighs 4600 grams and measures 180mm long, stands 130mm high and is 105mm wide.  This is a stunning display piece.  Lots of regmaglypts and makes a killer display piece. - Not Available
